This year has been a defining one for Tenzo.

Hospitality continues to operate under pressure – rising costs, tighter margins, growing complexity across fragmented tech ecosystems – and yet the ambition of operators has never been higher. In 2025, our focus was simple: help hospitality teams run better businesses by giving them clarity, not more noise.

Here’s a look back at what we built, the community we are growing, and what’s coming next.

Product: Turning Complexity into Clarity

This year saw some of our biggest product milestones to date.

We launched a completely new Mobile App and Web UX, designed to make performance insights accessible wherever operators are — on the floor, between sites, or reviewing numbers at pace. The focus wasn’t just a new look, but faster understanding and clearer decision-making in moments that matter.

A major area of progress this year was expanding and strengthening Tenzo’s integration ecosystem, helping operators connect more of their tech stack into a single source of truth.

We have expanded into new types of integrations with Trail and 125 insights, alongside building on our traditional ecosystem with new integrations like Hops, Sunday, StoreKit, SevenRooms, Sona, PointOne and a significant upgrade to TISSL Horizon, improving data reliability and depth for existing customers.

Thank you to all our partners who make these integrations possible, working tirelessly to bring best-in-class solutions to hospitality operators.

We introduced Reviews Lite and Reviews Pro – turning guest feedback into structured, actionable insights.

Lite reviews was a rebrand of our previous ‘social module’, offering  yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook and Google Maps as part of our integration package. Reviews Pro views external reviews and internal feedback, including integrations  Reviews Lite integrations plus 125 Data & Insights, SevenRooms, Sunday and Storekit.

It’s been a big year:

  • Over £100bn in transactions
  • Over 1 million tasks a day running on Airflow
  • Nearly 2,000 pull requests in the last year

None of this happens without people. This year we expanded the product team with Alex, Charlotte, Dan, and Richard, significantly increasing both delivery pace and product quality – Thank you team!

It’s been a year of building — deliberately, collaboratively, and always with operators at the centre.

The Tenzo Community: Where Hospitality Comes Together

Tenzo has always been about more than software.

In 2025, we invested heavily in building a true hospitality community, bringing together operators, consultants, and partners through the Tenzo ecosystem.

We hosted private dinners, teaming up with hospitality legend Jane O’Riordan to offer in-depth, thoughtful conversations on industry challenges and opportunities.

A range of product workshops were tailored for customers, consultants, and prospects, focusing on Tenzo best practices and helping teams of all expertise levels get the most from the platform.

We’re especially grateful to the individuals who helped shape these conversations – Tommy Giraux, William Connors, Raj Markandoo, and Andy Vine – whose insight and generosity elevated the entire community.

We also celebrated our partners with a series of partner-led initiatives across the industry, including:

  • Harri & Ops Club summer boat party, networking along the Thames to make networking that extra special.
  • Partner dinners with partner teams, providing one-on-one opportunities to strengthen collaboration.
  • Regional road trips, connecting with field sales teams and expanding beyond the London bubble.
  • Tech on Toast and Ops Club events, deepening relationships and sharing insights, including our CEO appearing on the Tech on Toast podcast here.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to bringing people together, sharing knowledge, and supporting the entire hospitality ecosystem.

Tenzo 2025

Partners Becoming Customers — and Building Together

In 2025, Tenzo’s partnerships team had a fundamental but — in hindsight — obvious realisation: partners are also customers.

The reason is simple. This is the year we grew our latest partner product: Tenzo Passthrough. Passthrough allows partners to harness Tenzo’s vast ecosystem of integrations directly and rely on us to integrate with partners they’re not directly connected to. One integration with Tenzo can open up the whole ecosystem in a single move.

POS, labour, and inventory partners have started working with Tenzo to reduce friction for their own customers — supporting operators more effectively and saying yes to customers they would have missed out on without a pre-built integration.

This shift has changed how we build together. Integrations have become even closer collaborations; Tenzo has become a go-to partner for teams looking to offload the work of direct integrations; and product roadmap decisions are now shaped by partners asking us to take our API and integrations to the next level. Passthrough has become a powerful flywheel — strengthening partnerships, improving operator outcomes, and reinforcing Tenzo as the connective tissue across modern hospitality tech stacks.

Customer Success: Growing with the Best Operators in the World

The most important measure of Tenzo’s impact is how customers feel about using it.

This year, we maintained a 100% five-star review rate on Trustpilot, something we’re incredibly proud of.

We also welcomed an extraordinary range of new and expanding customers, from independents to global groups, including: The Public House Group, IHG, JKS, Blacklock, MJMK, Kerb, Asahi, Dean Hotels, Mollie’s, Gladwin Brothers, Aethos, Lina Stores, Camino, Market Place, Sushi Dog, The Good Egg, Hoxton, AKARA / AKOKO, and many more across the UK, Europe, and the US.

We also published new case studies with Teleferic Barcelona, Angelina, ART Hospitality, MJMK, Grow Hackney, and Coffee Angel, showcasing how teams use Tenzo to drive performance, consistency, and growth.

Looking Ahead to 2026

We’re heading into 2026 with momentum.

We’ve closed a new round of funding led by Edge and Amadeus, enabling us to accelerate growth and invest even further into the product — particularly around meaningful, practical AI use cases that help operators act faster, not analyse longer.

In the year ahead, you can expect:

  • New hires joining the team (roles are live now)
  • Continued expansion of our integration ecosystem
  • Enhancements across existing features, including logbooks, dashboard filters, and AI features like dashboard summaries and Tenzo GPT to allow you to chat with your data

Most importantly, we’ll keep doing what we’ve always done: listening closely to operators and building tools that genuinely help.

Thank You

To our customers, partners, investors, and community: thank you for trusting Tenzo and building with us.

Hospitality is driven by people. We’re proud to support the teams shaping its future, and we’re excited for what we’ll build together in the year ahead.— Team Tenzo
