We’ll send you an alert when something doesn’t quite look right so you know sooner rather than later. This could be an issue with staffing – being either under or overstaffed based on forecast demand; when a cost of an ingredient suddenly surges or if too many discounts are being given.
These are customisable based on your own understanding of your business. What’s important is that the right person knows what’s going on and can make changes before it’s too late and you’re left out of pocket.
Automated reports
Having the information you need when you need it is imperative when it comes to fast decision-making. Tenzo sends the right reports to the right person at the right time. That might be yesterday’s sales numbers first thing in the morning, how a location is trending compared to forecast sales after lunch service is finished or if your planned labour cost and actual labour cost match up.
Getting these reports in real-time means that you know what’s happening in the business when you need to know it and can act on the insights given.
