  2. 2. Referrals are valid for 90 days from the date of acceptance.
  3. 3. After the Tenzo contract is signed, Tenzo will pay a referral commission per the terms of the Tenzo Referral Agreement.
  4. 4. Commissions are paid out quarterly.
