Who are Tripleseat?
Tripleseat is a cloud-based sales and event management platform built for restaurants, hotels, and venues. Founded in 2008 by Jonathan Morse and headquartered in Concord, Massachusetts, it’s the dominant tool for handling private events, group dining, buyouts, and catering — everything outside normal à la carte service.
The platform gives venues one system to capture leads, send proposals and BEOs, manage contracts and e-signatures, collect deposits, and coordinate kitchen and floor teams for events. It replaces the typical mess of email threads, spreadsheets, and PDFs.
