Who are Restaurant365?
Restaurant365 is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that combines accounting, inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting into a single back-office system. Founded in 2012 by Tony Smith and headquartered in Irvine, California, it was built specifically for multi-unit restaurant operators who had outgrown QuickBooks but didn’t want a generic ERP.
The platform handles accounts payable, general ledger, food and labour cost management, inventory counts, recipe costing, and increasingly workforce tools like scheduling and payroll after their acquisition of ExpandShare and integration with payroll partners.
