Tenzo Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Tenzo Referral Program. We’ve designed this initiative to reward our existing customers for helping us grow the Tenzo community—and to make it even easier for new partners to get started.

Please read the terms and conditions below to ensure you understand how the program works and how rewards are earned.

1. Eligibility

• The program is open to all current Tenzo customers with an active account.
  
• Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form or link provided by Tenzo.
  
• You may refer as many businesses as you like—there is no limit on the number of rewards you can earn.
  

2. What You’ll Get

• For each successful referral, the referrer will receive an Amazon giftcard of the value of £50 per location (or equivalent in local currency).
  
• The business you refer will receive a discount on their Tenzo setup fees. The exact amount or percentage of the discount may vary depending on their package and onboarding requirements.

3. What Counts as a “Successful Referral”

• A successful referral is a new customer (i.e., a company that has not previously used Tenzo) who:
  
  1. Signs up for Tenzo for at least 12 months within 90 days of the referral being submitted
     
  2. Completes onboarding and becomes a paying customer
     
• Rewards will be issued only after the new customer has signed a contract and paid their first monthly invoice.
  

4. How Rewards Are Delivered

• An Amazon GiftCard will be sent via email to the address associated with your Tenzo account; if Amazon is not present in your country, we will look for an alternative.
  
• Please allow up to 30 days after contract signing for delivery of the voucher.
  

5. Limitations & Exclusions

• Referrals must be genuine business contacts; self-referrals or referrals within your own organisation are not eligible.
  
• Tenzo reserves the right to disqualify any referral we deem to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.
  
• The referral discount may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  

6. Changes to the Program

• Tenzo may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  
• If changes are made, we’ll do our best to notify active participants in the program.
